J.C.Penney inventory is control by system called RIM. RIM stands for Retail Inventory Management. RIM control inventory automatically and order process for any items that is need it in any store. The RIM system controls the entire store inventory in the entire store. This inventory management program makes customers and associates life easier to by updating system right away, and it also notify customer soon as there internet or catalog order arrow in store and ready for them to pick it up. J.C.Penney also dose their yearly inventory too which get done Avery July because that is when their new year start. I think this RIM system is really help full by keep their inventory updated all the time.J.C.Penney also use Q system and P system.
